On-Site Lodging

There is FREE LODGING in the community building. There is heat!! Feel free to use your camping tents, cots, and air mattress.
We have access to plenty of electricity for charging your phones and electronics, and toilets are inside!! There are showers on the grounds. There are also RV sites ($$) with electricity hook ups, but no water.

Fuzzy Bucks

Bucks may be shown fuzzy or clipped. If you plan to clip your bucks, anytime before the weather turns cool would be best. Due to the time of year, we do not recommend washing or clipping bucks right before the show. Bucks can be brushed to clean. Remember, mother nature rarely gives us an accurate heads up and we don’t want our bucks’ health to be compromised.

Show Attire

Due to the nature of dairy goat bucks in fall rut, the show white dress code is not strongly recommended.
Often the fall weather is cool and wet, so plan to dress warm and comfortable!
Jackets, coveralls, boots, hats...

Saturday Evening Fun

4pm – COSTUME CONTEST (for all ages)
After Saturday’s 3 rings are complete (around 3:30 -4:00p), we will have the costume contests for ALL ages. You may also dress your buck.
Then there will be “Tack or Treating” for the children. Please bring candy as the costumers will make their way through the barns to collect their goodies!
Also, for the youth, there will be piñata breaking! This is so much fun for the kiddos!!!

6pm – POTLUCK DINNER
Saturday night will be our usual Potluck Dinner followed by the Dessert Auction. This is free to all exhibitor families.  It is our chance to unwind and enjoy visiting, eating, and making breeding plans! We will all meet in the community building for Potluck! The club as always will provide the entree meats, cups, plastic ware, plates, and napkins. PLEASE bring or pick-up sides or drinks (there is a Walmart close) to complete our meal.

DESSERT AUCTION (following dinner)
Our dessert auction is a club fundraiser. All dessert items will be moved to the auction tables. We will have an auctioneer present to run our dessert auction. PLEASE bring your favorite homemade or store bought dessert items for the sale.
