About SMDGA
The Southwest Missouri Dairy Goat Association is the longest running dairy goat club in Missouri. We are 49 years old. We started with our Spring Doe Show and then we added a 6 ring buck show in the fall to promote our handsome boys in rut, the first of it’s kind in this area! We strive to get ALL dairy goat breeds sanctioned.
Something that we are proud of is our family friendly community that continues to grow every year. We hope that we can continue to learn, share, and promote dairy goats for the next 49 years!
Our mission is to promote excellence in dairy goat breeding, husbandry, and milk production through education, community support, and outreach. We are dedicated to fostering new and long-time fellowship among goat enthusiasts while advancing the health, productivity, and recognition of dairy goats.
